Fresh, local Soil Amendments

A soil amendment is any material added to a soil to improve its ability to foster root growth. Eco-Nutrients has once again found a way to use local materials to develop three new products for the health of your plants and soil.

Process: Eco-Nutrients, Inc. receives all the green waste (brush, stumps, garden trimmings and dirt, etc.) for the entire county of Del Norte. We have approximately 30 acres devoted to processing these materials. We grind the materials and screen the small pieces (fines) from the large pieces (overs). The fines are processed to produce two of our soil amendments. Our amendments can be used year round to enhance growth of any crop.

By-products of our liquid fish operation are mixed into the fines, this increases the nutrient value and enhances it for plant propagation.

Benefits of Eco-Standard, Eco-Enhanced soil amendments
